Titus

Get any group of people together long enough and they will develop a culture. They will develop patterns, traditions, values and goals. The best possible culture is a Kingdom Culture where Jesus has molded and shaped it to look like Him. The new believers living on the Island of Crete desperately needed to develop a Kingdom Culture. To do this they needed to follow good leaders and reject bad leaders. Our passage takes a look at bad leaders.

Crazy Joy

Life is full of acquired tastes. While some are best left alone, others can be a source of great joy! For many the Gospel (good news) of Jesus Christ is an acquired taste. At first it may “taste” negative, especially the part about our need for salvation from our sin. But soon a sweet taste takes over as we experience the joy of living by faith in His grace. This is Gospel Joy!

Confidence

We all struggle! We struggle not just with external challenges but with internal challenges and, yes, with what the Bible calls sin. This struggle raises some questions: Is it ever possible to win? When I mess up what does God think of me? Is there a sin too big for God to forgive? If I struggle with some sin am will I go to heaven? Our passage will help us make sense of the struggle.
